Built on athletic, Pilates-based strength movements, this fast-paced class layers dynamic transitions, rhythmic sequencing, and continuous movement for a true low-impact cardio burn. Expect quick changes, light resistance, and minimal rest as you flow through standing and mat-based sequences that challenge endurance, coordination, and core control. It’s upbeat, sweat-driven, and engineered to keep you moving from start to finish.

LIIT Power
LIIT Power is a strength-driven, circuit style workout built around heavier weights, bold movement patterns, and short bursts of intensity. Designed to challenge muscular strength and metabolic output, this class blends controlled lifts with athletic intervals for a powerful, full-body training experience. Expect fewer transitions, heavier loads, and intentional rest to maximize strength gains. This is where you lift with purpose, build muscle, and leave feeling strong—not rushed.

LIIT IGNITE
LIIT Ignite is not your average Pilates class—it’s Pilates, IGNITED
Rooted in mat-Pilates principles and built around time under tension, this class removes momentum and cardio to challenge your body through precision, stability, and sustained holds. Expect intentional pacing, minimal transitions, and extended work sets that engage the entire body with a deep focus on core strength making this class deceptively challenging. Class is choregraphed to fun, upbeat music—making this a Pilates experience that feels powerful, modern, and motivating.

LIIT Define is a sculpt-focused fusion class that lives perfectly between LIIT Burn and LIIT Power. Using moderate weights—heavier than Burn, lighter than Power—this class is designed to shape, tone, and define while keeping your heart rate elevated through continuous, full-body movement and sustained effort. No jumping just longer work sets and Pilates-inspired strength patterns that leave you toned, sculpted and defined.
