Michelle Hennelly
Instructor (LIIT Burn)
Michelle brings high energy and a challenge to every class. She is a coach within the community for high school athletes and you will hear the “never quit” mentality present as you strive to exceed your limits. Michelle has been involved in training athletes since 2018 after she finished her own collegiate career. Although an emphasis on strengthening, Michelle also has a background in competitive dance and she incorporates the proper stretching of hard worked muscles through your exercise with her. As an active person, she also wants clients to build core strength which naturally prevents injury. If you are looking for an instructor who will make you work hard, be efficient, and just feel good, Michelle is your girl.

Tracee Kean
Instructor (LIIT Power, LIIT Burn)
Tracee’s passion for fitness truly began after having children. It helped her regain her strength while also keeping her grounded and patient during a busy season of life. She’s Pilates certified and loves creating workouts that are fun, a little painful, and deliver real results." “From the very first LIIT class I took, I knew it was something special and different, and I’m so excited to now be part of the LIIT team.”
-

Gabby Soucy
Instructor (LIIT Burn)
If you’re here for precision strength with a beat drop, you’re in the right place! Gabby is big on simplicity and efficiency — “we work smarter, not harder”. She delivers kind of class that flies by because you’re actually having fun. She fell in love with the energy, motivation, and collective win of group fitness back in college while working for the fitness department at Virginia Tech (go Hokies!). Since then, she’s been in certified in barre, yoga sculpt, and fusion — with Pilates coming next. Outside of class, I’m a nutrition + wellness nerd (certified health coach through IIN) who loves to travel, cook (and eat), read, get outside for long walks or hikes, and try new workouts." “I genuinely love getting to know everyone in class — say hi or connect with me on IG @thewellnessgab.”

Jesse Moore
Instructor(LIIT Power)
Jess started her yoga journey about 15 years ago. After her first marathon, she knew she needed something to compliment her running training. She tested the waters of yoga and was hooked. She was certified a few years later through a 200 hour NYC YogaWorks NYC program. By trade, Jess has her doctorate in physical therapy and loves the connection between these two worlds. Her classes focus on strength, fitness, and fun. Pushing yourself through traditional yoga poses and sequences with a blend of other exercise types creates an effective and well rounded approach to class.
